Del-anie Richardson

Del-anie leads a team of supervisors and advocates who focuses on parent bonding and attachment and assiting families with mitigating the social determinants of health that contribute to the positive growth and socio-economic improvements of the children and families served. Del-anie previously served as a Center Director for Acelero Learning,

overseeing a comprehensive Early Head Start/Head Start program for children from birth to age five. With a strong commitment to fostering a love of learning, she is dedicated to implementing

data-informed strategies that enhance educational outcomes and supports the diverse needs of all children.

Throughout her career, Del-anie has successfully led teams of educators and advocates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching practices through reflective coaching and mentoring. Her expertise in early childhood education is complemented by a solid background in

organizational management, demonstrated by her achievement in moving Brightside Academy to Keystone Star level 3 within just six months of her tenure as Academy Director.

Del-anie Richardson possesses exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, allowing her to build rapport quickly with staff, families, and community partners. She has a proven track record of collaborating with various stakeholders to provide timely support and

resources, ensuring that both children and families receive the necessary services for success.

In addition to her directorial roles, Del-anie has served as an ECE consultant, advising

entrepreneurs on best practices for opening childcare facilities. She is also recognized for her leadership in various fellowship programs aimed at cultivating a new generation of early childhood leaders. Del-anie also participates in several consortiums and workgroups focused on

community development and needs based approaches to support.

Holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Leadership from Arcadia University, along with multiple certifications, Del-anie is well-equipped

to navigate the complexities of early childhood education. Her passion for professional development is evident through her facilitation of training sessions and commitment to continuous learning for both staff and self.

Through her work, Del-anie is not only dedicated to improving educational and social programs but also to empowering children and families, ultimately shaping a brighter future for the communities served.

Del-anie Ricahrdson is an accomplished leader in early childhood education with over a decade of experience in program management, team development, and quality improvement. Currently serving as a Program Director for the Healthy Families America program at Maternity Care Coalition, Del-anie oversees program operations for 2 teams covering Delaware County and parts of Philadelphia County. Healthy Families America is a national evidence-based child abuse prevention program.
