Nadia Hassanali
Hi, my name is Nadia Hassanali and I am a Clinical Counseling student through Northwestern University’s CACREP accredited Counseling@Northwestern Online Campus. I aspire to graduate in 2026 with my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling with a focus on Child and Adolescent Counseling. I will be working towards obtaining licensure in the state of Pennsylvania to be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
My Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Moravian University, along with my five years of experience having worked as a behavioral health technician, allow me to have a well-rounded, critically compassionate, and psychodynamic approach to sensitively assessing, appropriately diagnosing, and providing hope, help, and healing to the various mental health disparities that affect the opportunity to be the best, most authentic versions of oneself.
I hope to work in an environment that advocates for women, children, and all people of color. A large part of the community outreach I would love to have alongside my license will be with Muslim families and Muslim women who have experienced abuse.
