Dr. Michelle Talbert-Horsey

Dr. Michelle Talbert-Horsey’s career spans higher education, specializing in creative career development programming
and coaching for traditional and non-traditional students in two- and four-year institutions. She is a nationally certified
counselor with 29 years of experience in student success.
Dr. Talbert-Horsey is an active volunteer with Providence Animal Center, an organization providing exceptional, affordable, and life-affirming rescue, adoption, medical care, and training of companion animals. She is also a member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor
Society, and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
