Charlotte M. Andrews, LPC, NCC, ACS, CESP, JD
Founder & Executive Director
Charlotte M. Andrews is a licensed behavioral health professional, educator, advocate, and the heart behind The Lotus W.E.L.L. Counseling Services & Wellness Retreat. She is also a devoted wife and mother of three, roles that deeply inform her belief in the importance of balance, healing, and whole-person wellness—both personally and professionally.
Charlotte’s work is rooted in a simple but powerful mission: to empower people to become their best selves, regardless of what they have experienced or survived. She is deeply committed to educating communities about mental health and doing her part to dismantle the stigma that too often prevents individuals—particularly in communities of color—from seeking care and support.
As the Founder and Executive Director of The Lotus W.E.L.L., Charlotte leads with intention, compassion, and vision, working alongside her team to create a welcoming, holistic space where individuals can heal, learn, and grow. Her approach integrates mental health counseling, wellness practices, and community connection, with a focus on treating the whole person—not just symptoms.
Charlotte is licensed as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and holds multiple advanced credentials, including National Certified Counselor (NCC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). She also holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
Beyond The Lotus W.E.L.L., Charlotte serves on the boards of four nonprofit organizations and is the Director of Recruitment, Expansion & Clinical Oversight at Black Men Heal, where she helps expand access to free therapy for men of color across nine states. She is also a Professor of Psychology, teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, and provides supervision and professional development support to clinicians pursuing licensure.
At the core of Charlotte’s work is a belief in transformation—both personal and collective. Whether supporting clients, mentoring clinicians, teaching students, or building community partnerships, she leads with empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to wellness, justice, and healing for generations to come.
